This is the sign they have put up on the road to where we live. There is so many people using trailers , uhauls or anything they can to get their stuff by the river to higher ground. Luckily, we live on top of a hill in Utica so even the '37 flood didnt reach the top of our hill.The water is expected to rise another 4-6 inches before Wednesday. Alot of people store their stuff up here in a flood. Here are pictures from around the town where I live.
